Initially a Personal Trainer from 2011, I found Pilates shortly after and realized how effective this form of training is for everything and anything you do outside of the studio.
​
Sports injuries that I'd suffered with and had previously been treated by many forms of therapy, not resolving the issue long term, disappeared with a pilates program and never came back.
Strengthening and lengthening the muscles at the same time through all planes of motion, is really what makes this such an effective workout.

Later on in my career, I was introduced to the Gyrotonic Method. The feeling of space between my joints, a lengthened and stronger body as well as effortless movement when stepping off the machine, got me hooked.
